Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chicago is looking to add a finance manager to maximize opportunity in our finance department. MUST HAVE FINANCE EXPERIANCE . Must have a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, who can train bright new talent, clearly communicate product features and benefits, and who can confidently close the sale.
Job Responsibilities :
The Finance Manager will be responsible for optimizing and maximizing the finance department. Their duties will include working closely with our GSM and finance manager, re-working prior deals and identifying ways to maximize every deal.
- Ensure all deals are in compliance with lender & dealership guidelines
- Oversee all turnovers and submissions
- Maximize approvals and be efficient with subprime rates
- Handle all customer complaints regarding finance
- Train and onboard any future finance staff
- Monitor & review financial performance daily
- Maintains good lender relations & add banks / warranty companies to our network
- Act in a timely manner if problems arise
- Constantly suggest ideas for improvement and process optimization
- Go over deals with lenders and work every deal diligently
