Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram OF Chicago Located on north side of Chicago is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most respected automotive brands in the industry and to contribute to the success of our dealership. The goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have enjoyable and easy car buying experience!

Position: Automotive Sales/Product Specialist

Location: 5950 N Western Chicago il 60659
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Saturday (Sundays and one weekday off)

Ability to Earn over $150K/Year-

Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)

Our Sales/Product Specialists assist our customers in their car buying journey. From the initial point of contact, to the time they drive off the lot with their new vehicle - our goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have an enjoyable and easy car buying experience! No commission means no pressure for you or your customer.

What does a typical day look like?

• Engaging with the customers via phone, email, text or in-person to determine where the customers are in their buying journey and any additional information they need to complete the purchase
• Completing product demonstrations
• Working with inventory and the acquisition team to uncover the market value of the customer’s trade appraisal
• Determining and explaining purchase terms to customers- price of vehicle, payments, length of loan
• Staying in contact with customers you’ve met to ensure their questions are answered and they had a great experience

• You have experience in retail sales, hospitality, restaurant, or any customer facing role.
• You have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (1-year min)
• You like interacting with people and enjoy explaining details in a non-threatening way
• You enjoy problem solving under pressure and have shown an ability to remain calm, courteous and professional during times of high stress
• You value being in a sales role with a strong emphasis on the customer experience
