Automotive Finance Manager

If that’s you, an excellent opportunity awaits at a family-owned dealership in Watertown Connecticut. We’re looking for a top producer with a documented sales record and strong CSI background to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service while presenting clients with finance and insurance options utilizing menu presentations.
• Understand and comply with local, state and federal regulations.
• Work with lenders to ensure the prompt funding of all contracts.
• Assist sales department with active customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with credit analysts, funding departments and administrative support staff.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of dealership F&I experience is required; automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of menu presentations.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Desire to continuously improve.

Experience:

• Only candidates with Automotive Experience will be considered. All replies will be held in confidence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
