Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Intake:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collect vehicle information and service history.
- Listen to customer concerns and recommend maintenance services.
Service Sales & Recommendations:
- Educate customers on Mopar-recommended maintenance.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and service explanations.
- Upsell additional services based on vehicle needs.
Workflow & Coordination:
- Assign vehicles to express lane technicians for timely service.
- Monitor service progress and communicate wait times.
- Ensure accurate completion of service orders and paperwork.
Customer Satisfaction & Follow-Up:
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.
Documentation & Payments:
- Accurately document service details in the dealership system.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with dealership and warranty policies.
Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer service preferred.
✅ Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and Mopar products.
✅ Strong communication and sales skills.
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus.
