What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at CHS GROUP LLC?
CHS is seeking a Program Coordinator for our community living supports program in Columbia, SC. The coordinator supervises and schedules staff and ensures excellent care for clients with a wide range of special needs. Our program participants live in their own homes, so the coordinator will be supervising multiple sites.
This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity that requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of the services to people with disabilities, high reliability, excellent organizational skills and a calm, rational approach.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- A minimum of three years experience in a human service field
- A minimum of two years supervisory experience
- Complete and pass criminal and driving record checks
- On call, emergency availability
