- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am to 5:00pm
FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $110,000 to $130,000 Base Salary, dependent on experience

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice provides a full scope of all-ages primary care services to residents of the greater Atlanta area, focusing on family medicine, weekend walk-in services, senior care, and women’s health. They currently have 5 clinic locations and employ a dedicated team of 6 physicians and 9 advanced practitioners, who are supported by fully-trained clinical and administrative staff members. They are hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new provider will join an established team of clinicians (3 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners) in a private practice outpatient clinic.
Details of the role include, but are not limited to:
- provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- conduct thorough assessments
- diagnose illnesses
- develop appropriate treatment plans
- monitor patients' health statuses and responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed
- provide pediatric care, including well-child exams and developmental assessments
- provide women’s healthcare, including well-woman exams, pap smears, and testing
- oversee medication management for patients with chronic conditions
- perform routine medical procedures and interventions as required
- administer medications and vaccinations following established protocols
- collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
- educate patients and families on preventive healthcare, treatments, medications, etc.
- participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Once fully trained and acclimated, providers typically see 25 to 30 patients per day. The day is a mix of:
- regular primary care visits
- short triage visits (walk-ins during morning hours)
- short telemedicine visits (as schedules allow)
Providers are well-supported by dedicated clinical assistants. The practice uses the MDLand EHR system.
Many of the patients are Korean-speaking and the practice requires a provider who speaks Korean fluently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Georgia NP or PA license
- DEA
- ability to see patients of all ages
- must speak Korean fluently
