Job Summary
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst researches, analyzes, designs and maintains human resources software in support of Human Capital Management needs, human resources and payroll administration. This role has an in-depth knowledge of specific disciplines and are considered the technical point of contact.
Essential Functions
- Triages customer support tickets through the ticket system. Provide security updates based on security request tickets.
- Maintains data integrity of the HCM system.
- Serves as liaison with information systems staff in resolving programming and related problems.
- Assists testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches.
- Delivers analyses and insights to management in clear business terms and identify results that drive action.
- Monitors and improves the quality and accuracy of workforce data.
- Provides second tier customer support to our field customers.
- Assists teammates with projects including data collection/design & development specifications/testing criteria/recommendations & implementations.
- Manages system configuration changes as required.
- Accurately loads mass uploads into HCM system.
- Maintains system security to Internal Audit expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 1-3 years experience as a human resource analyst/administrator/technician; information systems analyst/technician required
- Experience in HR function for multi-state and/or multiple facilities preferred
- HR or payroll experience in a healthcare field, a plus preferred
- Experience with UltiPro preferred
