What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Leader Chubby Baker position at Chubby Baker SLC?
We are looking for passionate people to lead our FOH team at our SLC location. If you have a strong passion for food especially desserts, we would love to talk to you.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- At least 2 years customer service experience
- At least 1 year as shift lead
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong Customer service skills
- Able to work individually or in a team to solve problems
- Detail oriented and tidy
- Must be hardworking and reliable
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs, work in fast pace environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepping and mixing ingredients for drinks and other desserts
- Using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment to prep for drinks and dessert toppings.
- Assist walk-in customers
- General cleaning workstation & equipment
Experience
- Barista/Cashier/Shift lead background (preferred)
License/Certification
- Food Handler Certificate (required or must obtain one within 1 month of hiring)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
