What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graveyard Shift Donut Baker Sandy position at Chubby Baker SLC?
- Schedule: Tue/Thur/Sat/Sun - 1am - 6am

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a donut maker/Baker or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe quantities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, withstand high heat environments and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), bending, twisting, etc.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, overtime and holidays as needed and required.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of donuts and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain donut-making and bakery equipment, including mixers, fryers, and glazers
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely production
- Maintain a high level of product quality by consistently following recipes and procedures
- Assist with general kitchen duties as needed
License/Certification
- Food Handler Certificate (required or must obtain one within 1 month of hiring)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
