What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chubby Baker Sandy Barista/Cashier Part time position at Chubby Baker?
Shifts: 6:30 AM - 1PM or 1PM - 7:30PM
We are looking for passionate people to join our Chubby Team in Sandy. Entry level seekers, baristas are also encouraged to apply :) If you have a strong passion for food especially desserts, we would love to talk to you.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong Customer service skills
- Able to work individually or in a team to solve problems
- Detail oriented and tidy
- Must be hardworking
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs, work in fast pace environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepping and mixing ingredients for drinks, shaved ice and croffles
- Using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment to prep for drinks
- Assist walk-in customers
- Serving
- General cleaning workstation & equipment
Experience
- Barista experienced (preferred)
License/Certification
- Food Handler Certificate (required or must obtain one within 1 month of hiring)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
