Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment, especially the liquor industry. Must be 21 or over and have the ability to obtain ATC permit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their liquor and beer inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products
- Promote sales and special promotions to customers
Skills:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in retail sales, especially liquor sales, is desirable but not neccessary
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
-RELIABILITY is a must; must be on time, able to work days, nights and weekends with dependable transportation and proffessional attitude
