Job Overview
The incumbent keeps guest rooms and common areas in a clean and orderly condition by performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and removing rubbish. Position is represented by a Union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Pay Rate: $31.07/hourly

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Cleans guest rooms including, but not limited to, making beds, vacuuming, wiping down/dusting all surfaces and replenishing guest amenities.
- Cleans and keeps sleeping areas, public areas, working areas and washrooms in an orderly condition.
- Sweeps, mops or scrubs, and polishes floors.
- Removing chips, trash, and other refuse.
- Dusts equipment, furniture, or fixtures.
- Polishes metal fixtures or trimming.
- Provides supplies and minor maintenance services.
- Cleans lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
- Performs other related work as assigned.
Mandatory:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years’ relevant work experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Favorable National Agency Check w/Inquiries (NACI); or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the Secret level or Top-Secret Level, as applicable to the position/location requirements.
- Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
- Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record as pertinent to the position.
- U.S. Citizenship.
