Job Overview:
The ACMS/FLS SME position provides the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) Maintenance Requirements List (MRL) and Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) deliverables integral to the various programs’ success. This is a fulltime remote position, requiring routine meeting attendance at the customer’s site in Portsmouth, VA. This position reports directly to the Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance Analyst.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Serves as the primary RCM Analyst responsible for attaching all maintenance in ACMS/FLS according to customer requirements.
- Serves and maintains qualification as the Configuration Data Maintenance Manager (CDMM)
- Control (QC) inspections and producing QA/QC documents in accordance with USCG standards.
- Responsible for the submission of USCG technical documents to the CG Logistics Information Management System (CG-LIMS) Surface MPC Development Portal (SMDP).
- Develops, formats, proofs, edit/revise, produces, and publishes Maintenance Deliverables (RCM, MRLs, & MPCs)
- Other Duties as assigned.
Mandatory:
- United States Citizen.
- Able to pass and maintain a Federal National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
- Qualified and Proficient in all aspects of the ACMS/FLS requirements.
- Two (2) years of experience in working in ACMS/FLS.
- Two (2) years of experience performing Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality.
- Two (2) years’ experience in “Planned Maintenance Support Services”.
- Technical degree with two (2) years of experience in technical writing of electronic systems.
- Proficient in the use of standard workstations and software (i.e. Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Zip Files, and Adobe Acrobat, at a minimum).
- Proficient in Electronic Systems to include able to read Electrical/Electronic Drawings, Allowance Part Listings (APL), and Electronic Technical Manuals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project leaders and senior management regarding key milestones, success criteria and risks.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
- Occasional travel may be required.
