Overview: The Bus Person, Sports Bar at Chumash Enterprises is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a clean and comfortable dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests by greeting them warmly and attending to their needs in a timely manner.
- Clear and set tables, including removing soiled dishes and utensils and replenishing linens and glassware as needed.
- Clean and maintain the dining area, including wiping down tables and chairs and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Assist with serving coffee and non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
- Restock supplies and perform nightly cleaning duties to ensure a clean and organized environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to sell or serve distilled spirits.
- Prior experience in guest services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must apply for and obtain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
