Duties
- Supervise and engage students during program activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of educational and recreational activities.
- Assist in the opening and closing of Center.
- Implement classroom management strategies to maintain an orderly environment conducive to learning.
- Offer counseling when appropriate, providing guidance and support aligned with our values.
- Maintain open communication with parents, teachers, and other staff members regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in training sessions related to first aid, childcare, early childhood education, or other relevant topics.
Experience
Candidates should have experience or skills in one or more of the following areas:
- Camp leadership or participation
- Working with students in an educational setting
- Christian counseling techniques
- Tutoring or academic support
- First aid certification
- Sports coaching experience
- Babysitting or childcare experience
- Classroom management skills
- Early childhood education knowledge

Pay: $12.94 - $13.60 per hour
