As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, monitoring, and improving manufacturing and distribution training programs and systems that meet all applicable regulatory standards (FDA, OSHA, etc.). You will also act as lead in Digital Signage / Technology Advances within the plant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop compliant training records and activities, and manage training documentation.
- Acting as System Administrator for systems including but not limited to: POKA, SABA.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Excellent computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Windows-based applications).
- Ability to provide and sustain a strong and flexible customer-service focus to the organization.
