This role involves assisting in the execution of integrated marketing plans, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and communication plan. You'll work closely with the SBM and Licensing Director to develop partnerships with licensees and report on business results.
You will lead operations in launching new products, product upgrades, and new packaging alongside a cross-functional team. Additionally, you'll assist in developing brand strategies to drive growth in a growing category.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the competitive environment and be able to analyze data using tools like Nielsen or IRI data. Strong project management skills and excellent analytical skills are also essential.
