Key Responsibilities
- Promote a safety culture and awareness within area of responsibility, supporting all plant safety policies and procedures.
- Identify and execute projects to improve process capabilities, including operating efficiencies and product quality issues.
- Create and implement detailed plans for projects/proposals, targeted at meeting business needs.
- Work closely with corporate and plant functions for new line installations, process improvements, and expanded manufacturing capability.
