Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. The Engineering Group Lead oversees improving production processes, adding new capacity, and ensuring smooth production with high quality, uptime, and minimal waste. They lead engineers in achieving continuous improvements and managing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resolving issues. They also support new model programs, solve technical challenges, reduce waste, and help improve equipment efficiency.
Key duties include:
- Leading engineers to enhance operations and capacity.
- Managing projects, schedules, and budgets.
- Supporting new model activities and obtaining external resources when needed.
- Reducing waste and improving processes.
- Presenting progress to leadership.
- Training teams on advanced tools and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ensuring process documentation is up to date.
- Overseeing spare parts management.
Required:
Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Supervisory and Machining experience
