The Job
As a Production Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maximizing machine availability, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
You'll lead or assist changeovers, repairs, and upgrades, while also notifying supervisors of any issues or improvement opportunities. Your expertise will help us achieve established production requirements and improve overall efficiency.
About You
We're looking for someone with at least 5-7 years of experience in high-speed manufacturing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, consumer products, food, or medical device industry.
You must have a strong mechanical aptitude, be able to use tools safely, and have good verbal and written communication skills. A positive attitude and ability to work well with others are essential.
