About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Honeywell's Colonial Heights facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling all Priority 2, 3, 4, and 5 maintenance work, estimating and initiating work orders, and preparing forecasts and explaining cost variance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule all Priority 2, 3, 4, and 5 maintenance work
- Estimate and initiate work orders for maintenance notifications and provide maintenance support for TAR planning and Site Emergencies
- Prepare, forecast, and explain cost variance for maintenance work
- Manage the procurement of equipment, materials, and outside services for maintenance work
- Accountable for managing repairs, purchases, invoices, and receipts of all maintenance needs in plant
