Role Summary
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing and distribution training programs that meet regulatory standards. The successful candidate will lead digital signage and technology advances within the plant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote a safety culture and awareness within the facility, supporting all plant safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct training needs analysis to drive the creation of master training and certification programs.
- Develop training curriculum, instruction, and materials with subject matter experts.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines, ensuring timely and effective implementation of training programs.
- Assess training effectiveness using evaluation tools.
- Ensure plant training meets federal and state laws, regulations, and standards, as well as company policies.
- Maintain a library of training materials and develop external contacts for support.
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external training as needed.
- Manage training documentation, records, and files, both electronic and manual.
- Serve as the key point of contact for training-related information during regulatory inspections and audits.
- Facilitate the undergraduate internship program at the site.
- Oversee all aspects of the state training grant program from application to reimbursement requests.
- Partner with supervisory and management personnel to identify training needs and maintain compliant training records.
- Act as System Administrator for systems including POKA, SABA.
- Lead the development of in-plant visual management tools using Power BI.
- Support Lean/Continuous Improvement Department as needed.
- Assist in developing the new hire onboarding process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering required.
- 1-3 years of training management experience in a fast-paced FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience with electronic learning management systems (SABA LMS).
- Prior experience in a Lean/Continuous Improvement Environment.
- TWI Master Trainer Certification (ability to obtain).
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (ability to obtain).
