Church & Dwight is looking for a Sr. Associate, Artwork Approval Process , as part of our Packaging Graphics team that will report to our Senior Manager, Packaging Design. You will be responsible for the implementation and management of the Artwork Routing Process including proper training, providing guidance, monitoring the projects in the system, and working with cross-functional partners to remove barriers to execution and collaborate on ways to improve the routing process.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead for the artwork routing process for our brand teams, managing and addressing any questions or requests raised by cross-functional teams.
- Ensure cross functional team members understand and utilize the artwork routing process training regimen for our brands and be prepared to provide recommendations to improve the process.
- Ensure all required materials are provided by the brand team before the routing process begins.
- Monitor the jobs in the routing tool, clearing any barriers impeding progress to ensure artwork is prioritized based on business related needs or deadlines.
- Develop and run monthly KPI reports to improve metrics such as throughput times to establish and drive performance results / compliance levels.
- Organize necessary internal or external meetings for the coordination and resolution of artwork issues affecting our brands.
