Brand Marketing Manager Hybrid 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

You’ll be in charge of overseeing our messaging, positioning, and creative initiatives to ensure consistency, growth, and engagement across all platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Messaging & Creative Direction:
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
- Tailor messaging to fit the audience of each website—graduates, alumni, military families, and others—while ensuring brand alignment across Church Hill Classics, diplomaframe.com, customframes.com, and a new site launching in 2025.
- Lead the creative direction for new product messaging to ensure alignment with product positioning and company goals.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Lead the social media strategy for multiple brands, developing content and campaigns that drive engagement, brand visibility, and community growth across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Work closely with the Engagement Manager to manage social content, foster community interactions, and ensure our social channels are optimized to engage with followers and build brand loyalty.
- Encourage customers to spread the word about our brand through interactive social media campaigns and customer engagement initiatives, including user-generated content and social media challenges, to promote buzz around new product launches.
Creative Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage the Creative Team (Creative Manager and Designers), guiding the team to ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and meets quality expectations.
- Lead the creation of visually compelling assets and copy for marketing materials, social media, and the website, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity across all platforms.
- Provide direction and feedback to the Creative Team to drive innovation and excellence in design and messaging, offering mentorship and growth opportunities to foster development.
Frame My Future Scholarship Contest:
- Manage the Frame My Future Scholarship Contest, overseeing the branding, outreach, and social media strategy to drive engagement and entries.
- Ensure the contest aligns with our brand messaging and contributes to building brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Product Launches & Brand Initiatives:
- Manage the new product launch process, ensuring all teams are aligned on messaging, positioning, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution and track performance to optimize future campaigns.
PR & Influencer Strategy:
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness, including media outreach, press releases, and backlink generation.
- Build and manage influencer relationships, leading campaigns that align with brand messaging and engage target audiences.
Project Management & Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Oversee the execution of brand initiatives, working with the Marketing Operations Project Manager to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- Coordinate efforts across Ecommerce, Creative, Sales, and Marketing teams using Monday.com to manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Brand Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track KPIs for brand campaigns, social media engagement, PR efforts, and influencer campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for future optimization.
Customer Insights & Brand Strategy:
- Conduct creative, cost-effective customer research to understand audience preferences, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.
- Use tools like Yotpo Reviews and insights from email databases to guide brand strategy and optimize campaigns.
Brand Health Monitoring:
- Monitor brand health through sentiment analysis and customer feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Internal Brand Training:
Help develop and maintain internal brand guidelines, ensuring all employees understand and represent the brand consistently across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in brand marketing, creative direction, or content strategy, with a solid understanding of creative campaigns and brand growth.
- Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing materials.
- Proven ability to manage and guide creative teams to produce high-quality content and assets that align with brand goals.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience crafting compelling copy for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website content.
- Comfortable with creative development tools (e.g., Canva).
- Hands-on experience in social media strategy, including content creation, community management, and engaging with followers across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Familiarity with PR and influencer marketing, and building campaigns that help increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear brand vision that evolves with changing market trends and customer needs.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects across teams, using tools like Monday.com.
- Experience with AI-driven tools for creative processes, data analysis, or automation is a plus.
- Video content creation experience, with knowledge of video editing software and tools (e.g., InShot, Canva, or similar).
- Familiarity with additional marketing software commonly used in the industry (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to enhance content creation, campaign management, and social media engagement.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and e-commerce, leveraging creative assets to drive engagement and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate creative ideas to different teams and leadership.
Salary : $75,000 - $82,000
