As our Landscape Services Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring top-tier customer service. What You’ll Do:
Lead & Develop the Team – Hire, train, and mentor a diverse and skilled workforce.
Manage Daily Operations – Oversee scheduling, equipment allocation, and service execution.
Ensure Safety & Compliance – Promote a safe, respectful, and high-performance work environment.
Field & Production Management – Work hands-on in the field to support people and project success.
Drive Customer Retention & Satisfaction – Build relationships, enhance services, and exceed client expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership & Operations Experience (Landscaping, Home Services, Hospitality, or similar industries)
- 2 Years of Team Management with a focus on coaching and mentorship
- Strong Problem-Solving & Multi-Tasking Skills in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent Communication – Clear, effective, and consistent with staff and clients
- Customer Service & Sales Experience – A track record of exceeding targets
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a Plus!
This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary between $65,000-$75,000.
