Spring is right around the corner and we're building our team for the 2025 landscaping season. Church Hill Landscapes has an opening for another Gardening Lead. If you have a passion for gardening and landscaping, a knack for team work, and the ambition to create and maintain beautiful spaces, we would be delighted to hear from you.
This role will place you in the heart of our growing operations, working hands-on in a dynamic and rewarding environment, serving our distinguished clients. As Gardening Lead, you work on both garden maintenance and installation projects at client properties. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing the landscape's attractiveness, keeping the area free of diseases and insects, and ensuring the highest quality of horticultural care. This is a seasonal position (February or March through December), presenting ongoing opportunity for growth and learning.
The ideal candidate loves working outdoors, has a passion for gardens and horticulture and wants to learn more.
About Church Hill Landscapes: Nate Carr established Church Hill Landscapes in 2002 out of a deep-seated passion for landscaping and horticulture. His ambition has been to create diverse and beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces for clients across Vermont. We're a 22-30 person team of gardeners, masons, and landscape designers who build and maintain creative landscapes for our customers. We hire career-minded, professional employees who work hard to deliver excellent results for our customers.
Compensation Starting wage range for this position is $24-$26/hr, depending on experience
