Description :
POSITION PURPOSE : Make CPC a warm, welcoming and safe environment by greeting, assisting and screening guests on the phone and in person.
POSITION OUTCOMES / EXPECTATIONS :
- Create a welcoming and hospitable environment at the front desk by welcoming and greeting guests and assisting them with any needs, such as finding a building, or an appointment location
- Serve as the main receptionist / operator by answering the main line phone calls
- Process data entry as available during the day to capture attendance, registrations, etc… in the church database
- Maintain front desk security procedures with all campus guests that enter in the sanctuary building
- Facilitating Copy Room or supply needs for church members or guests
- Manage the sanctuary building facilities and room management reservations system (eSpace)
- Ensure the lobby is set up fully stocked with hospitality supplies such as water, coffee, etc.
- Liaise with the Campus Standards Coordinator and / or Facilities for any repairs or cleaning required within the sanctuary building
- Additional administrative duties as assigned
