The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in executing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to promote our brand, services, and projects. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Track and report the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation:
- Create and edit marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand and voice.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Monitor trends and recommend strategies to increase online presence and engagement.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up activities for events.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain marketing databases, including client and project information.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and potential clients to support marketing strategies.
- Provide insights to the marketing team to improve positioning and outreach efforts.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
Skills:- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar graphic design platforms.
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
