SUMMARY:
The IT Business Analyst, Procurement collaborates with business stakeholders, business leaders, IT teams, the PMO, and end users to support enterprise procure to pay applications and business processes. This role involves facilitating meetings to discuss end-user requirements, project status updates, communication, planning, training, and operational needs. The individual will be responsible for writing functional specification documents, test plans, training plans, deployment plans, and policies and procedures to support enterprise applications, business processes, and projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Partner with business stakeholders & leadership, IT teams and end users across the organization to implement innovative solutions to business-critical challenges.
- Clarify and deepen the understanding of procure to pay business processes, pain points, business needs, and desires of stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business leaders and IT to communicate priorities, while managing functional and technical requirements for support and projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, implement, document and support solutions in new and existing enterprise procure to pay applications
- Lead and continually identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in business processes and systems.
- Collect information on business needs and translate the data into technical requirements.
- Support, manage, configure, deploy, and communicate enterprise application upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
- Provide end user support and training for enterprise financial applications.
- Identify and resolve end user gaps in application use skills and business process understanding.
- Create and maintain end-user training documentation, technical guides, user acceptance testing scripts and project status updates.
- Perform unit, integration, and regression tests and document results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and corporate objectives.

REGULATORY
Ability to obtain racing and/or gaming licenses as required in any jurisdiction where CDI operates. The Gaming industry is highly regulated and as such demands an extensive background check to obtain a license. Must be 21 years of age or older.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline and 2 years of related work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA preferred
- Firm understanding of procure to pay processes and terminology
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt procure to pay software solutions, including emerging technology
- Experience with testing, deployment, and release management.
