Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our partners. The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to our partners and provide support across our management team. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and has experience working in fast-paced environments. Chaos is our friend and that will need to be embraced. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to partners.
- Coordinating and managing calendars (and with that, scheduling strategically against business priorities).
- Preparing meeting agenda and attending meetings to capture notes, action items, next steps.
- Managing meeting follow-up, with emphasis on action items (internally and externally).
- Administrative support, including expense reporting, travel and transportation bookings, paying bills.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Personal support, including miscellaneous errand running, maintenance of personal calendar.
- Maintenance of personal and professional contacts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- A remarkable ability to roll with the punches and not to get flustered when priorities and tasks suddenly change.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
