Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to branch managers, including managing calendars, conducting research, and coordinating internal programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the local office and corporate teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, guiding them through office protocols and ensuring proper completion of employment documentation.
- Organize and coordinate orientation meetings with departments such as Accounting, Health & Safety, HR, and IT.
- Plan and execute office events, staff activities, and holiday celebrations to foster a positive office culture.
- Schedule office-wide meetings and arrange catering services as necessary.
- Perform Notary Public duties for relevant office documents.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely follow-through and resolution of issues.
- Maintain and organize corporate documents, records, and reports as required.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with a talent for multitasking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- High level of discretion in managing confidential information.
- Proven experience in handling executive-level administrative responsibilities, including professional correspondence.
- A high school diploma and over 6 years of executive-level administrative experience, or an associate degree coupled with 4 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
