Company Overview:Join our dynamic team where we operate two thriving kosher restaurants. We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to help ensure smooth daily operations. This role will support both restaurants by managing various administrative tasks, accounts payable, scheduling, and more.Position Overview:The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our restaurants operations. You’ll manage checklists, track production, review timesheets, handle accounts payable, coordinate maintenance, and more. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with restaurant management, ensuring the day-to-day functions run seamlessly.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and review daily checklists, manager logs, and employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and operational compliance.
- Process accounts payable, including reviewing vendor statements, processing invoices, running reports, and scheduling payments.
- Track and maintain inventory sheets, production logs, employee work logs, and prep logs for both restaurants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Place daily orders for ingredients and other office needs.
- Organize and file daily documents and keep employee documentation up to date.
- Manage transactions and run financial reports using QuickBooks.
- Review and categorize incoming emails, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Organized and maintain training material.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), QuickBooks, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities across two restaurant locations.
- Fluent in English; basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
