```Responsibilities:```
- Assist with all office responsibilities
- Handle all tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as a team member providing support with various tasks as needed.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist with creating and proofreading documents, spreadsheets, letters etc. and ensuring accuracy of information.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, uploading documents, and scanning.
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
- Proficient in Quickbooks 2023 for all functions (Invoicing, Collections, reports)
- Willing to learn new software that pertains to our office and industry functions
Experience
- Knowledge of Elevator office is a bonus.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Must be Detail-oriented.
