Role Description
This is a full-time role to join our growing Commercial & Institutional Team, located in Union, NJ. This position will require an ability to connect with prospective clients, and build relationships that move from Introductions to "Wins." The role's responsibilities include: Prospecting clients, On-site meetings to familiarize oneself with the Scope of Work on a Project, Contract writing, Price Negotiation, Scheduling, Problem Solving, and Customer Service. The position requires a candidate who is entrepreneurial, structured, coachable, and hungry to be a part of a burgeoning division in a company with 30 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Facilities Management/Maintenance experience is a plus.
- Collegiate/University Housing/Plant Operations experience is a plus.
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in Sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidate must have reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
- Candidate shall be willing to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
