Job Title : Senior Software Test Engineer (Salesforce & ServiceNow Integration)
Remote Work Hours : PST / MST Time Zone
Job Summary :
We are looking for a talented Senior Software Test Engineer with specialized experience in Salesforce and ServiceNow integration testing . In this role, you will focus on API testing, test automation, and validating the complete workflows of enterprise applications.
Must-Have Skills :
Salesforce Testing Expertise - Minimum 3 years of experience in testing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations.
ServiceNow Testing Experience - 3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow modules and integration validation.
API Testing - Over 5 years of proficiency in testing REST / SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Test Automation - At least 3 years of experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress.
Performance & Load Testing - Familiarity with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Defect Management - Experience with JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
CI / CD & DevOps Exposure - Understanding of test automation in CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
Scripting & Querying - Ability to formulate SQL queries for backend validation and knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Java.
Agile & SDLC Knowledge - Experience working with Agile development methodologies, Scrum, and test planning.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ , ServiceNow ITSM, or ITOM.
Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
Knowledge of security & compliance testing in regulated environments.
Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce and ServiceNow integrations.
Validate end-to-end workflows, data integrity, and system integrations .
Create and maintain test automation scripts for regression and functional testing.
Identify, log, and track defects while working with developers for resolution.
Ensure proper configuration of test environments for integration testing.
Assist with performance and scalability testing for enterprise applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish test strategies and acceptance criteria .
Stay informed on new Salesforce and ServiceNow releases and evaluate their implications for testing.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce and ServiceNow integrations .
Industry certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Salesforce Certified Tester, ServiceNow CSA ) are advantageous.
