Job Title : Senior Software Test Engineer (Salesforce & ServiceNow Integration)
Location : Remote, USA
Work Hours : PST / MST Time Zone
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Test Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and ServiceNow integration testing . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API testing, test automation, and end-to-end validation of enterprise applications.
Must-Have Skills :
Salesforce Testing Expertise – 3 years Experience in testing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations.
ServiceNow Testing Experience – 3 years Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and integration validation.
API Testing – 5 years Proficiency in testing REST / SOAP APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
Test Automation – 3 years Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress.
Performance & Load Testing – Knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
Defect Management – Experience with tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
CI / CD & DevOps Exposure – Familiarity with test automation within CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
Scripting & Querying – Ability to write SQL queries for backend validation and knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Java.
Agile & SDLC Knowledge – Experience in Agile development methodologies, Scrum, and test planning.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
Experience with Salesforce CPQ , ServiceNow ITSM, or ITOM.
Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
Security & compliance testing knowledge in regulated environments.
Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce and ServiceNow integrations.
Validate end-to-end workflows, data consistency, and system integrations .
Develop and maintain test automation scripts for regression and functional testing.
Identify, log, and track defects while collaborating with developers for resolution.
Ensure test environments are properly configured for integration testing.
Support performance and scalability testing for enterprise applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria .
Stay updated with new Salesforce and ServiceNow releases and assess their impact on testing.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce & ServiceNow .
Industry certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Salesforce Certified Tester, ServiceNow CSA ) are a plus.
