Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Test Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and ServiceNow integration testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API testing, test automation, and end-to-end validation of enterprise applications.
Must-Have Skills:- Salesforce Testing Expertise – 3 years Experience in testing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- ServiceNow Testing Experience – 3 years Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and integration validation.
- API Testing – 5 years Proficiency in testing REST/SOAP APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
- Test Automation – 3 years Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress.
- Performance & Load Testing – Knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
- Defect Management – Experience with tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- CI/CD & DevOps Exposure – Familiarity with test automation within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
- Scripting & Querying – Ability to write SQL queries for backend validation and knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Java.
- Agile & SDLC Knowledge – Experience in Agile development methodologies, Scrum, and test planning.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, ServiceNow ITSM, or ITOM.
- Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
- Security & compliance testing knowledge in regulated environments.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce and ServiceNow integrations.
- Validate end-to-end workflows, data consistency, and system integrations.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts for regression and functional testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects while collaborating with developers for resolution.
- Ensure test environments are properly configured for integration testing.
- Support performance and scalability testing for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Stay updated with new Salesforce and ServiceNow releases and assess their impact on testing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce & ServiceNow.
- Industry certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Salesforce Certified Tester, ServiceNow CSA) are a plus.
