Construction Administration Coordinator
Reports to: Principal & Project Managers
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Construction Administration Coordinator will manage all administrative tasks and support multiple Principals, Project Managers, and team members for the construction administration phase. They will help assist with coordination of resources, meetings, submittals, and information to keep the projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Proving administration for all construction documentation and projects
Logging in/distributing shop drawings/submittals to the corresponding discipline
Tracking shop drawings/submittals to ensure they are distributed per contract agreed to turn around time
Track and submit RFI’s to ensure the project team provides timely responses
Assist with discipline proposals from other contractors
Produce design meeting minutes, for review, utilizing the projects Project Teams meeting notes
Produce field reports, for review, utilizing Project Teams field notes
Assist with editing proposals and turn into AIA contracts
Assist with putting consultant agreements in place
Assist with material research as directed by the Project Team
Project and Project Team calendar management as it relates to supporting the project
Printing, sorting, assembling drawing packages for multiple, varying issuances
Stamping, sealing documents, and assembling affidavits for permit packages
Assist in project closeout procedures
Assist in Project Bid Packages, per contract agreements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills
Notary (Plus)
Newforma (Plus)
Microsoft Project
Salary is Commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
