Hi, this is Lydi from CI&T! I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Campinas, Brazil for an SR Mobile Manual Tester, this an affirmative opportunity for WOMEN.
We have a special project with one of our largest international clients in the financial area, which requires you to work 100% on-site at our Campinas office.
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Tester to join our team on a mobile project. The products developed are intended for clients in the financial market, providing information and facilities for purchasing mutual funds, ETFs, retirement plans, bonds, and other financial products. If you are passionate about technology, eager to be part of a challenging project, have a great english communication, and ready to embark on a journey of adventures in the financial market, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Manual, exploratory QA of mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Actively contributing towards development of test strategy, tools, and services.
- Improve the quality standards and processes, making sure they are being followed by the entire team throughout the development life cycle;
- Look for continuously improve, also increasing the use of test automation inside the development team if possible;
- Design test cases to address business and technical use cases and acceptance criterias.
- Document, manage and communicate quality metrics and KPIs.
- Validate acceptance criterias from stories along with PO and Scrum Master and then utilize them as part of your testing plan.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Advanced communication skills in English
- Experience as a mobile Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role, performing software testing activities (Test Plan, Test Script, Test Execution, Bug Report) for mobile applications
- Strong understanding of mobile application capabilities, device and OS variants, and how to execute tests that reflect real-world conditions
- Understanding of git or other source control & also task management tools ( e.g: Jira);
- Experience working within a mature CI/CD environment and how QA participates;
- Strong experience working in agile teams exhibiting best practices
Nice to Have:
- Experience in mobile test automation, e.g. Appium, as well as leveraging device farms for visual regression testing
- Ideally having worked with Sauce Labs, Espresso, XCUITest and Appium.
