As a Technical Solution Architect at CI&T, you’ll wear many hats, diving into everything from hands-on coding to high-level strategy. • Lead Technical Pre-Sales: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, and engineering, to create high-impact proposals and solutions that will wow prospects and win projects. Develop engaging proofs of concept and demos that vividly showcase our solutions, while building strong, lasting relationships with potential clients.
• Solution Design - Shape the Digital Future: Get hands-on with the most exciting part of the role, designing end-to-end solutions that align perfectly with client business objectives and technical requirements. You will be at the heart of solution creation, designing scalable, secure, and performance-driven architectures. Lead technical teams while diving into code to bring your solutions to life. You will have the autonomy to choose the best technologies, frameworks, and standards to ensure the solution is top-tier, consider everything from performance to security to usability.
• Engage with Clients: Collaborate directly with our amazing clients to understand their business needs and provide expert insights into the latest tech trends that can make a real impact. You will offer consulting expertise that helps clients overcome challenges, optimise their systems, and innovate on their digital journeys.
• Mentor & Inspire Teams: Take on a rewarding mentorship role, cultivating talent among junior team members and fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning. You will provide hands-on coaching during code reviews, encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams, sparking creativity and innovation that drives success.
• Ensure Quality Excellence: Set and uphold high standards for quality in every solution delivered, ensuring that your work not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Your commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on their business outcomes and solidify CI&T’s reputation as a leader in digital transformation.

• Seasoned Expert: You bring 10 years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead architect role.
• Code Ninja: A true coder at heart, you have hands-on experience with web solutions in Java, .NET Core, Reactive, Node.js, or similar tech stacks.
• Cloud Connoisseur: You're well-versed in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and you have a passion for microservices architecture and API integration.
• Design Virtuoso: Your knowledge of software architecture and web design patterns is top-notch, enabling you to create seamless solutions.
• Data Savvy: You understand the pivotal role of databases and data solutions in the architecture and have experience with platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Business-Driven: Your ability to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions sets you apart.
• Inspirational Leader: You have a proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams to success.
• Exceptional Communicator: You excel at articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, making you a bridge between worlds.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Relevant industry certifications and experience in the finance, retail and/or healthcare sectors in Australia are a plus!
