Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at a Mechanical Rubber Products in our Warwick, NY location. This role is vital to the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and supports departments such as production, compliance, sales, and quality control with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Salary is from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and departmental teams
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Prepare and process documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and reports
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Assist in maintaining compliance with safety and quality protocols
- Coordinate with production, customer relations and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flow
- Perform other clerical tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications
