">We are seeking an experienced Inbound Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing top-notch client service, resolving client inquiries, and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.

- Provide exceptional client service, responding to inbound calls and resolving client inquiries in a timely and professional manner ">
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and provide recommendations on CIBC products and services that meet their needs ">
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of client issues ">
- Manage daily reports related to consumer and business Online Banking services, ensuring a positive digital client experience while minimizing risk for the Bank ">
- Support internal and external clients in troubleshooting technical issues pertaining to consumer and business Online Banking related services ">
