Job Overview:
We are seeking an Associate for our E-commerce Department to oversee the ongoing performance, optimization, and expansion of our DTC website. This role is ideal for someone with a strong digital marketing background and an aptitude for project management. The Associate will work closely with external agencies and internal teams to drive our website's success across SEO, Google Ads, E-mail Marketing, Social Media, Development, and New Channel integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
● SEO Management: Collaborate with the SEO agency to implement strategies that improve organic visibility, traffic, and rankings for high-impact keywords, ensuring alignment with the brand’s goals.
● Google Ads Coordination: Partner with the Google Ads agency to oversee ad campaigns, budget allocations, and optimize for ROI, ensuring campaigns align with e-commerce goals.
● E-Mail Marketing Oversight: Assist managing relationships with the email marketing agency to strategize, create, review, and optimize email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
● Social Media and Paid Social Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to support social media initiatives, integrating campaigns with e-commerce goals and website content to maximize brand reach and engagement.
● Website Development Management: Lead website development initiatives, coordinating with developers to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure website performance meets quality standards.
● New Channel Expansion: Assist in identifying, integrating, and managing new sales channels and marketing opportunities to support growth objectives and increase brand reach.
Required Qualifications:
● Experience in e-commerce website management, plus if it is Shopify-based.
● Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience working with or managing SEO agencies.
● Understanding of Google Ads campaign management and experience working with agencies to drive digital advertising success.
● Familiarity with Email Marketing strategies and tools, ideally with experience overseeing email marketing efforts in collaboration with external partners.
● Project management skills to coordinate development tasks, troubleshoot site issues, and oversee updates or feature implementations.
● Experience with new channel expansion and integration, with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
● Social media familiarity and a collaborative approach to support the marketing team in social media efforts aligned with website and e-commerce objectives.
● Strong analytical skills to evaluate website performance, marketing effectiveness, and user behavior, using insights to guide decision-making.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with agencies, developers, and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications:
● Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or project management.
● Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment.
● Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce metrics.
