**Job Description:**
We seek a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team at our fulfillment center as an e-commerce handler, picker, and packer. The primary responsibilities of this role include picking, packing, and shipping items, receiving inbound shipments, and managing inventory. Our products vary, ranging from clothing to tech gadgets, so accuracy, versatility, and adaptability are key qualities we're looking for in candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pick, pack, and ship items accurately and efficiently
- Receive inbound shipments, including returns and new items, record, put away
- Organize inventory
- Conduct inventory stock counts, maintain accurate inventory levels, and reconcile any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate efficient order processing and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues that come up
**Required Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in order fulfillment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including inventory management systems and Google sheets
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Great communication skills in English - verbal and written
- Physical stamina: comfortable with walking, standing, bending, crouching, and lifting
