Role Description
The Change Management Lead will oversee full-time on-site tasks at Cibo Vita in Totowa, NJ, focusing on stakeholder engagement, program management, and business transformation for organizational change and efficiency enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Planning
Develop a comprehensive change management strategy for the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, prioritizing CPG industry challenges.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with leaders, department heads, and employees to align on change objectives and ensure organization-wide buy-in.
Advanced Communication : Lead clear, consistent communication across the company, developing tools and plans to convey the right messages to the right people at the right time.
Training & Development: Design customized training programs and materials for business users and technical teams, ensuring SAP S/4HANA adoption.
Resistance Management : Identify potential areas of resistance, such as user hesitancy and process challenges, and proactively address them using advanced tools and targeted strategies.
Process Optimization: Work with functional and technical teams to understand the business impact of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud on critical CPG processes and ensure seamless integration and alignment.
Advanced Tools & Technology : Utilize digital training platforms and collaboration tools to manage the transition effectively, evaluating and recommending improvements to change management processes.
Metrics & Reporting : Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change management activities, providing ongoing reports to senior leadership on the progress of the transition and new system adoption.
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor change management team members, ensuring best practices are followed and development opportunities are provided.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5-7 years of experience in change management with a focus on large-scale technology implementations, preferably in the CPG industry.
Strong knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and its application to business processes within the CPG sector.
Expertise in leading change efforts using advanced tools and methodologies.
In-depth experience with SAP ERP systems and deep understanding of business process integration in CPG.
Proven ability to lead organizational change, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver complex initiatives on time.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with complex project requirements.
Ability to work onsite without sponsorship.
