Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical & Electronics Engineer with expertise in packaging machinery, asynchronous motors, and servo motors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and possess the ability to manage engineering teams, understand electrical projects, and provide strong technical leadership. Proficiency in both English and Spanish, along with excellent reporting skills, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Read, interpret, and understand complex electrical projects and designs.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of asynchronous motors, servo motors, and other electrical machinery.
Lead a team of over 10 engineers and technicians, ensuring effective collaboration and project progress.
Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions when required.
Maintain adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrating electrical systems with mechanical systems.
Manage packaging machinery-related engineering projects from design through implementation and troubleshooting.
Prepare detailed technical reports and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure clear and concise communication in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on asynchronous motors, servo motors, and packaging machinery.
Proven experience managing engineering teams, with strong leadership and management skills.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and schematics.
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, including technical reporting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
