R&D Intern (Paid)

Cibo Vita is excited to offer a paid internship opportunity for aspiring R&D scientists. As an R&D Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in food product development and innovation. You will work alongside our experienced R&D team to assist in the creation and improvement of food products, contributing to exciting projects that meet consumer preferences and market trends. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the research and development process in the food manufacturing industry.

 Responsibility

• Product Development Support:
• Assist in the development of new products by preparing prototypes at lab
• Assist in developing the standardized lab sample preparation process
• Assist in market research for new ingredients and product trend
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Assist in generating product specifications meeting current internal R&D
• Assist in managing current R&D specification system
• Assist in knowledge research for USDA standards for ingredients
• Analytical Activities:
• Assist in conducting analytical tests (e.g., shelf-life testing, nutritional analysis) on food products.
• Assist in process validation for current products
• Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of food formulation, food processing and food regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
