Responsibilities
Prioritize the organization of leased assets: Ensure that all leased assets are tracked, maintained and returned in accordance with a process in development
New hires and terminations: Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up new hires with necessary equipment and access, while ensuring proper termination process and procedures are developed and implemented
Troubleshooting support tickets: Provide first-level support for Office 365/Windows OS computer related issues, including software installations, password resets, and basic troubleshooting
Asset management: Help to support and refine inventory tracking processes while establishing a standardized procedure for acquiring computers and other hardware for end users
Identity and Access Management: Ensure the appropriate access is granted based on a measured and justified need, maintain security and operational efficiency.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to standardize processes and procedures, enabling consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate or pursuing a degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of IT support principles and practices
Familiarity with Office 365 and related troubleshooting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous internship or work experience in IT or cybersecurity.
Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (O365, Azure, Teams, etc.)
Intern program will start on 6/2 and run for 8 weeks.
32 hour work week (M-Thu) and must be in office.
