ERP Support Analyst

CIC Group, located in Fenton, MO is seeking an ERP Support Analyst for our Enterprise Application Support Team. The ERP Support Analyst is responsible for solving information technology related issues and working with users to solve business process issues leveraging existing or researched knowledge, technical support skills, and packaged solution expertise. The support analyst works directly with users to select, implement, support, and integrate technology solutions into diverse business environments. The ERP Support Analyst generally monitors the ERP processes to ensure the quality and reliability of EDI transmissions and also maintains interfaces between applications for inventory, order management, purchase order, benefits, attendance, project management, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable modules. In-depth computer and information technology skills, experience with T-SQL, and the ability to troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server between multiple systems are also required.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

The ERP Support Analyst will report directly to our Enterprise Application Manager. This position will perform support, administration, development, maintenance, and end-user training of systems, including ERP software, and applications that directly connect to the ERP after specific training from systems or applications vendor. This will include developing Crystal or SSRS reports based on T-SQL queries or T-SQL stored procedures to address business unit requirements, support new business processes, or create efficiencies in existing processes.

Duties include daily maintenance; potential on-call support; monthly, quarterly, and year-end report generation and support; administration duties; and customization, support, and troubleshooting of ERP systems. Other duties may include documentation and operational support, application support activities, and additional duties as needed in support of the senior IT staff and business users.

These analysts work closely with business units and internal customers at all management levels, to ensure master data is submitted properly to support interfaces. This is a hybrid remote position, but some travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Vista by Viewpoint ERP software is required
• Experience with Microsoft T-SQL is required
• Experience with ERP support is required and a focus in Accounting is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office application usage is required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with application installation, updates, and server-side support is required
• Bachelor's degree is generally preferred but not required; 4 years of experience in ERP support will be considered in lieu of a degree.
