The ERP Project Support will play a crucial role in assisting with the implementation and maintenance of our ERP system. You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with functional user groups to develop custom solutions to fit business needs.
- Develop Core Processes and resulting documentation to facilitate training and process discussions.
- Test experimental procedures with ERP system and validate outcomes.
- Communicate with Executives regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Develop custom reporting documents with Syspro ERP.
- Manage technical issues with Syspro Support Team.
- Learning multiple software suites supporting Syspro ERP Software
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
- Proficient in MS Office Software.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business or field related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Equivalent training and experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Experience with Syspro ERP Software is a PLUS
- Understanding business practices as well as Six Sigma, Lean and Agile Methodologies.
- 2-3 years of ERP Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
